  Amazing store. Kim is a big asset as she is always friendly, organized and helpful. I have been doing business with them for three years and highly recommend all of their services.

  Horrible service.
  Decided to close on a Friday without notifying customers beforehand. Simply stuck a sign in the window saying "We'll be closed today for remodeling". Was it an "emergency" remodel? Who knows??
  When asked about it, simply gave a condescending "I understand" as a response to customer's frustrations. The very definition of unprofessional.
  What kind of business closes without notifying customers? The kind that doesn't care about the inconveniences it provides. Guess it's back to the post office and FedEx/Kinkos for me!!
