  These people are SUPER unprofessional! They sold me a phone that wasn't working, and then the girl over the phone told me "too bad, we can't return it." They need to start hiring people that are interested in working there, and not those girls that want to be in their phones all day. SO ANNOYING!! 2 stars because manager is a decent human being and SPRINT online helped me also.
